Kidnapped Woman Orders Pizza To Call For Help

Cheryl Treadway, a woman from Florida, saved her children and herself by using the Pizza Hut ordering app. According to reports, Treadway’s boyfriend, Ethan Nickerson was under the influence of amphetamines and was fighting with Treadway the entire day, while threatening her with a large knife. Treadway was even forced to take Nickerson with her to pick up her children and even took her phone away at that point.

Later on, Treadway convinced Nickerson to let her use her cell phone to order Pizza Hut for the kids once they were home. She texted in “Please help. Get 911 to me” in the comments section and “911hostage help!”

Luckily the Pizza Hut employees recognized her number since she was a frequent customer and knew immediately it was not a hoax. They took to action as soon as possible and alerted the Highlands County Sheriff’s office.
